Wise decision to lighten up dinner yesterday to offset 2 ground meat burgers, no bread and bow ties at lunch. Special K products on sale, most with 90 calories are decent snacks. Entenmanns on sale half price too and there new packages of 100 calorie snacks (especially fudge brownies) are great. LIttle BItes.
Drinking plenty of water.
Big danger this morning: college baseball team parents are tailgating for bkfst at Kean university before Playoff games. I am going to try to write down what I eat In order to be aware of much is going IN !!!
