The system works, I started at 300 on March 1st and am down to 248.8 on May 5th, I've found that using the FS calorie tracker to be the big difference between success and failure. Also, don't expect the rapid weight loss from detox to be a continual thing. I've found that I generally lose 6-10 lbs during my "detox week" (four days of veggies and whole grains + three days of the "detox mix") and then there's a slight weight gain when whole food is reintroduced, followed by a very gradual loss of weight until the next detox week (generally about a 1lb a week). Keep it up!!! It's fun having to get new clothes 'cause your swimming in the old ones :) and having to dust that belt off from the closet!!
