Ate some pizza and brownie yesterday was my craving for while. Didn't really taste as good as I thought it would so cravings are just a way to get off track. Haven't been losing weight like I would like on the insanity program. Cloths fit a little better and I can do more of the exercises. I think I am going to go back to running three days a week with one or two long bike rides. I've lost a ton of weight on that before and right now it is more about getting the weight down then getting fit. I did both before. Plus it would give me more time with my family. Insanity did do one thing for me. It got me back on track working out and not eating bad all the time. For that thanks. I will come back to the program when I thin out.
