I was 106 kilos depressed, I was a heavy smoker and I used drink like a fish, when I came across a video on youtube, where Mike Tyson was on the Ellen show.

I was amazed to see how much weight he lost and how he got back on the path of redemption, it was truly one of those moments when you get up from your fat embossed chair and think I need to change my self for the better.

Its been more than a month now since I have stopped smoking and drinking and from this week I have become a vegan.

I am 106kilos and in 4 months time I will be 70kilos.
