i'm noticing my jetlag. at about 9 pm i just fall asleep there is nothing i can do about it, i'm just dead tired. defentily the jetlag. but could be worse. i should go to bed at aout 10 or11 so its still n that area of time. but i hope it will get better. don't like feeling so knocked out. foods been going okay. yesterday someone brought lots of cupcakes to work...the strenght tonot eat them...yeah i had it bur it was a lot of work...i love sweets.....but staying strong!
