very disappointed at proper 1 week weight in. only lost 3 lbs when earlier in the week it was 5lbs oh well heres hoping for a bigger loss next week x

One of the biggest detriments to weight loss is our own unrealistic expectations. Five pounds is an amazing start. The first couple of weeks tend to be bigger and then it levels off to a couple pounds a week. The fact that you don't have a lot to lose and lost so much is amazing. Congrats!
