18 MILES..goood monday morning..18 miles tuesday morning an i hit my yearly goal..of 4500 miles..back in the summer time..seemed like i wasnt gonna make it...riding day in an day out when the ole body just doesnt want to ride does cause you to wonder if your gonna make it or not...today was one of them days where i was tired when i got up..rode last 3 days..an body this morning was saying o now...your this close..take a day off..but kept pushing to get closer..

todays ride was richmond va..i hate this course..just hate to ride it..but less your a computer tech..an can hack the routes..which zwift tells you how..but its beyond me..so just easier to ride it..an not mess puter up beyond what i can fix..

food part of this journey is about the same...scales are up one day down the next..im sure since im riding faster on most of the courses..im adding muscle into my legs..if only that muscle would go up around belly an the pinch an inch would disappear...

46 outside this morning..thought to ride outside did cross my mind..but with the wind blowing before i get on the bike at 41..i walked into fitness room an set it up for a ride..best money i ever spent on me..

well gonna go in an fix breakfast..tummy is growling..sounds like a tiger..then fix a salad..for later this morning..then back into fasting mode...
