Well, for the last day and a half I have successfully kept my cravings at bay through a combination of water of gum. It's turning out to be mind over matter. If I drink a lot of water and chew gum, and I stay super busy not thinking about the 10 boxes of Krispy Kremes sitting right behind me that my co-worker brought in this morning... I'm doing alright. :D

Now for the ultimate test... let's see if I can make it through the weekend without gorging on candies and chocolates and chips, OH MY! :D

Yes, you can! Yes, you can! They say to drink the number of ounces of water that is equal to half your body weight. When I do it, I am full ...and burn calories running to the bathroom all day! LOL - TMI ?

You can do it! I have learned that to keep myself from eating those things I either can't have them in the house, or I have to put them somewhere that I don't go for snacks. I started storing some snacks in a different cabinet than usual, and things sit in there a lot longer than they used to and it's just because my brain doesn't tell me to look there for goodies. Good luck!!
