i started the diet on monday the 3oth of April, weighing in at 174. i had been on low carb prior and stopped losing for 2 weeks so i decided to kick start my metabolism...
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
