Good Morning Dear Diary,

I did a mid-week weigh in just to see how thing were progressing, WELL - I now know I better not have the Atkins waffle for now. That's O.K. After Breakfast I need to go do some grocery shopping and then maybe I'll go for a walk at the Lake. John will be home from Pullman this Evening. He helped our friend move his daughter home for the summer. She'll go back to W.S.U. in the fall. That's it for now Until tomorrow Dear Diary. I'M THINKING THIN. ARE YOU?...Marlene.
