unbelievable......need to get with it!

ok, I'm new to posting, but, have a question. When I began this adventure I was trying to stay at or near low fats 40grams per day. I have been readinh others postings and most talk about lowering carb intake? Help which way to go??

It’s a personal choice. I’ve lost weight both ways honestly. Whatever avenue you choose, it’s need to be what works best for your tastes and lifestyle. I’m diabetic so I watch my carbs and eat Ketogenic. I can eat this way the rest of my life and not feel deprived one bit. I would suggest googling the two (or more) types of “diets” and see which one you prefer. I do feel that the best way to eat now is unprocessed real foods. When you make it, you know exactly what’s in it! No surprises or guessing. You can hear arguments and valid points to any way of eating (diet) but it comes down to what you can live with!! just remember not to consume high carbs and high fat, if you choose to eat carbs then lower fat intake and vice versa, I tried low fat for a long time and had no luck but have lost 13 ponds in 1 month on high fat low carb keto WayOfEating. But definitely do what works best for your body. =)

I lost about 50 kg with healthy eating, self prepared food, vegetables, full grain, dairy products, low fat and meat. After this it stopped, I even gained a few kg. Since one month I radically changed and live on keto (20 g carbs, 80 g proteins, 130 g fat). I take care to eat 400 g vegetables a day. Nearly 9 kg went in this first month and I feel very well. Everyones way is a special way and you have to find yours. Good luck for your journey 👍
