skinny mom's Journal, 09 January 2008

I actually told a bit of a fib when I started, I really weighed 153. I just couldn't stand to put it down. I'm now down to 147 not too bad for 1 1/2 weeks on Phase 1. I'm looking forward to Phase 2 so that I can have something other than eggs for breakfast, and a glass of wine. I'm also starting back doing the Firm on Friday morning. I have the weekend off and can't wait.
147.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

I can't drink milk it makes me gag, I do eat yogurt with splenda and a bit of vanilla almost every night.
