5/4/12 - Every weekend from here on through June 3rd I have events going on ~ I pray I can keep my foods in check. I am sure there will be meats, so I will need to find good proteins to offset them.

I am feeling a bit nervous (have been all week) since tonight is the night I will stand up and give a short talk to the confirmation sponsors and candidates. I want to share and invite others interested in joining me on strengthening my own faith as I support my candidate. I will read my letter from God. Tomorrow is the big Confirmation day at church, then off to a following luncheon.

Lord help me. Continue to remind me that my body is your temple.
