I love this stuff!! It doesn't seem to affect my blood pressure the way table salt does.

I also read about that, helps migraines. It has many benefits. I am taking it for the first time, several people recommended it to me because it is also good for the thyroid. 😊

I have a pound bag of Pink Himalayan.. it lasts forever here, because I don't use much. I am still not used to salting my food. I just tend to eat high salt content foods on the side like dill pickles.

Is the pink Himalayan better than sea salt?

Just a guess...it has a slight chemical difference that makes it bond with our body differently. Thus, making your body have a lower bp, less water retention, etc. while still giving you the electrolytes (sodium chloride, potasium, magnesium...) your body needs.
