I obviously do not have the drive so I went to my works health fair and got signed up for incentives.. money talks right? Now to get into the doctor to be approved to do the activities and hopefully I will be on my way down the scale. 60 pounds to be optimal weight again..that is my high school weight..I can handle that!
224.0 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
