Friday,

First off TGIF!

Second...the whining starts, so quit here or you will see what a big cry baby I am, let me list the ways;
- Still no TOM
- Still not going
- Still feel totally bloated
- Scale was up yet again...I saw the 150.?, eyes blurred, I got really frustrated & got off the thing....aaaaaarrrrrrrrgggggggggH!
- Tired, didn't sleep well last night
- Crabby...gee, can you tell, (sorry about that too)

Tried to jump start the day anyway, but just couldn't get into a run this morning, so we walked instead...which helped put me in a little better frame of mind. Got home & took a fiber pill...hope that does the trick pretty quick like! Then tried on some clothes I ordered & made choices about what to keep or send back. Since I was really out of sorts anyway, I decided to go for broke & got the swim suit box out & discovered that the new, supposed to be smaller sized swim tops I ordered are actually the same size as the ones I had from last year...more frustration! So, I guess I need to come to terms with how much things have changed for me in the last year...I started Atkins wearing a very full 38 D, the new bras I just got are a 34 B! I still have a hard time with that, not even really boobs, but boobettes! LOL...funny...boobettes! Same problem when I look at these pants I ordered, I thought...ooh, they are tiny, no WAY are those going to ever fit...I won't be able to even button them, let alone get past my hips...what the heck was I thinking when I ordered them. Well, I guess I must have been thinking, cause they are a size 6 curvy fit & they fit...but my brain just can't get a grip on that. Now, I seem to be gaining weight for no apparent reason other than hormonal crap which I just hate!

Geez, I can't stand myself! For sure TMI, I know, but do I feel better...maybe a little!

Trying to help you find a solution...so I was thinking, how's your water intake? I know when I have issues with, umm, relief (lol) I have, at least a little success, by increasing my water. Hopefully the fiber pill will help as well. Hopefully you will get relief soon and that will also help with the bloating. I know it's hard to feel good when you're uncomfortable! Hoping your day gets easier and you find success today! :)

Aw poor Gigi. Can you get some spinach juice or chia seeds? I wish you were closer. I'd fix you up in no time. So funny about your bra changes. Mine are the same from a 40D/DD to a 34B. Don't know where they went. I wouldn't send back the clothes that you ordered until you have a chance to try them on under non-hormonal circumstances. I hope you feel better soon, girl. I guess the only reason you're looking for TOM is to get it done with. Hugs to doggie-girl too. That should help.

I feel for you and wish I had answers - but would bet money it is TOM related. You are brave trying on things when you are so bloated - better be careful - they may be too small for you next week. Feel better soon.

Holipop...Hi..., you know I was thinking the same thing...about the water intake, so the truth is...IDK! Normally I don't pay much attention & the water goes in & the water goes out, around 1/2 - 3/4 gallon per day, just at work. I could have been slacking off, not sure, but I am trying to pay more attention & make sure I drink my water...Thanks!!

Helewis...spinach JUICE...really, never heard of the stuff, but it sounds totally AWFULL! Chia seeds...do those come in pill form? I am such a woosie!

Chia seeds (bought some just the other week) can come in bulk at grocery stores....by the bulk seeds, nuts and flours, if your store carries them, or you can buy them in jars at a drug store. Not sure which is more expensive, but you don't need a whole lot. Serving size on the bulk stuff was 3 tablespoons, but I've only experimented with taking 1 TEASPOON 2x/day. Try to fit in another walk today and like everyone says, drink your water. Go give doggy-girl a hug too!

I have to comment on the chia seeds. You can eat them by a spoon full, but it sure will not taste great and you will most likely give it up real quick. Try placing a spoon full in most meals. You will notice a difference within a few days. I put these and flax in every dinner and most lunches my family eats and we all move very nice...LOL Flax seed (ground) are even better but they have to be ground up or popped like popcorn and then placed in food. No matter what you do, chia, flax or fiber if the water is not there you will get even more bound up. The extra fiber will make it worst! The difference between fiber bars and the seeds, is the extra Omega3 you are getting from the seeds that will help. Good luck!

Hey girlfriend..PreTom is the worst when we get a little older..it seems everything is magnified..the way we think, feel, and yes the bloating..it all comes with the territory..This too will pass...as for the clothes wait till after TOM is gone and try them on again...Be thankful you have boobettes now...not as much to lug around...mine were like having a 3 pound bar bell on my neck...I was afraid I was going to have have a wheelbarrell to help me carry those suckers...I see ya smiling....:O)
