Late Entry - 12/14/17

Woke at 218.2, the same as yesterday after a fun day with a delicious lunch out and a happy hour after. UPDATE: Today was our overall office holiday party and we went to the fabulous Texas de Brazil steakhouse. I ate an amazing salad and then enjoyed several cuts of great steak, chicken, and sausage brought around by gauchos who cut it for you at the table. Had a beer, too, and a glass of red wine, so the carbs went up a bit. Did another holiday happy hour and ate a few small crab cakes and some whiskey. Came home late and got a 220.0 weigh in after all the festivities. Carbs up a bit but in the 30-gram zone. Another good day of exercise. I work from home on Friday, so I will start to recover.
