Well all in all I would say this week was a success! I made sure I ate healthy and ate reasonable size portions on my food. I exercised everyday. And now that it's Friday and the scale showed 123, I'm pretty happy. After being at 124 at the beginning of this week and feeling pretty terrible about it, seeing 123 on that scale made me feel pretty darn good! And it gives me the motivation to work harder! My goal for this weekend is to continue to work out every day. The weekends can be kind of difficult for me when it comes to working out because well it's the weekend and weekends are a time for relaxing. Not this time, I will not sit on my butt and do nothing all weekend! I will get up off the couch and go running or at least do a workout video. Hopefully on my Monday morning weigh in, I will see the scale drop just a little bit more.
