I have to stick to this. I promise myself 8 weeks of concentrated effort. eight weeks isn't that long. I weighed today at 242.4 I want to be 222 by week 8. I am going to do this by walking 1 mile a day for at least a week, and hopefully will be walking 4 miles/day 5 days a week by the end. Maybe I can get Brad to walk with me.
