A lot of body weight exercises and light weights. Push-ups sit-ups squats burpees I walk 7500-1200 steps a day but a lot of it comes from having a calorie deficit

@mickidoodle sorry for the late response Fat secret app doesn’t notify me. I did a lot of body weight exercises and light weights. I walked 7500 steps a day 3.2 miles or a 5 k a day. Push-ups squats sit-ups mountain climbers 5-10 pound dumbbells. Also carried around my 26 pound daughter a lot.
