I have been faithful to atkins but something tells me to cut down on my calories. dont know where to start but maybe the eggs and bacon. it seems to be my staples and if i buy the atkins bars, well, I seem to eat them until they are gone. started a running program this monday and excited and hopeful it will help kick the weight lose in gear. its going to slow. it is taking to long to get to onederland. frustrating but i wont quit this is a way of life for me now and i love love love the health benefits and how i feel everyday. maybe i should cut out the cheese? yah cheese. darn it. lol

Consider dropping the bars before making any other changes....give it a week and see what happens. The bars have sugar alcohols in them and you may be sensitive to them (some bars have a LOT of SAs). There are many on this site who've found their weight loss resumes when they drop the bars. You can always add them back later and see if you can tolerate them then.

I know I'm very sensative to the bars, can't have them at all, or I'll see an "up" on the scale every time.

I hardly ever buy them except its that time of month, needed a chocolate fix but never had a problem with them. They are gone now.
