today at 10:15 will conclude my 48 hours of hard dry fasting. thinking about extending it until tomorrow at 10.
12/13 was good stayed in bed most of the time, developed a headache at the end of the day, going to bed with a head ache. - didn't sleep that great but it was ok. my eyes were ok, I felt them a little tired and blurry.
12-14 was not bad sugar was 77, I checked it just because I wanted to know not that I have any sugar issues. I felt a little weak, no head ache.my breast starting hurting just like in the last fasts, I home It fixing the problem I've being having but doing good otherwise.my smelling sense has being going crazy. I've smelling lots sweets, i can smell the fruits 3-4 feet away.
I will continue to update until I'm done.
