I know this journey would have been much harder if not impossible
without your help. I have a way to go, and I'm sure with your help

I began this journey September 14, 2017 at 237 pounds.
I weighed in today December 14, 2017 at 192
Blood ketones: 2.2
Urine ketones: moderate
Blood sugar 79
Doing the happy dance, you can't wipe this smile off my face!
If I can do it everyone can, it's a mindset how bad do you want it.
I wanted it bad real bad, I needed to prove I could function without
pain. I have spinal and cervical stenosis. Well I proved it I will
always have stenosis but I am free from pain!
Next I needed to stop taking medications, I no longer take
Metformin or Omeprazole. Only take bp med (for now) hopefully I can stop that soon.
Mind clarity what a bonus I stay focused, I no longer read the same
paragraph 3 times, I read it once and comprehend it.
Sleeping like a baby.
I have so much energy wish I could bottle it and sell it!
