More water weight lost. Still sticking to the diet- I am surprised at the ease of doing that. Went to the store yesterday and bought sugar free jello, although I have had no cravings for sweets. Also stocked up on vegies and grilled chicken strips(costco). Taking the suppliments- took L-carnitine and L arginine, CLA, vitamin E and c, and a host of others. I feel really good, and am sleeping well.
