Tracking food in this busy times has been tough. Nevertheless I'm staying true to my food intake about 85% and workout 95%. I'm at the gym more. It starts my Day. Hoping all the best for everyone that are on this journey to use weight and be healthier. Merry Christmas 👊🏾🎄
150.6 lb Lost so far: 13.6 lb.    Still to go: 20.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
