Up this week, not surprised after our weekend in Montreal! We had vegetarian curry, Portuguese food, and a lovely brunch! I will try and keep on track through Christmas, but not too hard! Hopefully will not have a lot to lose in the new year!
202.0 lb Lost so far: 63.6 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
