I have ups and downs, but I joined the challenge "yogurt banana" it is crazy but I lose from 100 grams to 300 every day and I am so happy. Only I don't know how after reaching 69 kg, how I will keep the loss, eating again other kind of food. I have calculated yogurt and bananas of a day, it is 1300 calories. I am glad you are fine. 83 kg weight isn't bad. Isn't 66 kg too little for a man? Take care my friend.

Really what's thé diet yogourt bandana? U mean we eat yougourt and bandana at breakfast, at lunch and AT night? How much? No diarrhee with this diet? Lol Well i want 66 so that i Can always be far from obezity but 70 will be fine Indeed

1000 gr gogurt better 2% and 5 bananas every day for four days. I have one day free but not more than 1300 calories and again 4 days yogurt bananas (not bandanas). I eat first yogurt (200 GR) 3 hours after wake up and my last 3 or four hours before sleep. I think that in that way I eat every three or four hours. One hour after yogurt I eat one banana. I don't feel hungry , I have not diarrhee. I don't think about food every minute and don't miss desserts or meat. I don't like either obessity, I am afraid that I reach again 94 kg if I am not careful. Good luck my friend :-)
