I learned yesterday I find comfort in food. Had an emotional day and when I got home I ate chocolate chip cookies, chips and salsa and a yogurt AFTER I filled up on dinner. I owned the calories and logged them. I don't regret them. It gives me the chance to challenge myself next time. When I feel over emotional I will get outside and take a walk or go play ball with my boy. I won't sit on the couch and munch and feel sorry for myself. Next time I will burn calories rather than take in more. That only makes sense.
