Good morning and Happy Hump Day!
It feels more like winter this morning, which I love!
I've been in the mood to exercise the past few days, so have done some Barre, kickboxing, and cardio DVD's. I've also been trying to do two planks ever day, one minute each.
My eating has been really good, with lots of fruits and veggies. Luckily, I still have plenty of kale growing in the garden, and I add that to any soups and sauces. I'm not drinking a lot of water, but am working on it. I just don't get as thirsty when it's cold out. I bought an infusion water bottle, so maybe the mild fruit flavor will help.
My husband got me a Barre kit for Christmas, so can't wait to start using that :)
