Not too sure what's up. Running 2 - 4 miles/day and gaining weight if anything. Hmm...
157.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

it's normal to gain muscle weight, but in the long run muscles burn tons of fat, and they look we better too!
