I have been to alot of social events over the last few weeks and it shows... Plus I go away for the weekend every other weekend and I don't do the cooking or the dishing up and trying to get people to listen when you're trying to lose weight is almost impossible. You look ok to them but I don't like the way I look at the moment which is more important to me, I even taken one of 'my size' plates and out comes the normal size dinner plate at meal times, no matter how many times I ask for 'my' plate..... So I lose a couple of lbs during the weeks I'm at home and it all goes back on over the days I'm away grrrr!!!!
174.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If they don't get it, tell them doctors orders! Can you eat before you go? My SO didnt get it for a long time it took me telling him it was a matter of life or death. Good luck!
