Starting over today. On the recommendation of my trainer I'm only eating carbs for breakfast and cutting them out the rest of the day. This is going to be quite the challenge. I'm also having to nearly triple the amount of produce, especially vegetables, that I eat per day. I think I see a lot of green smoothies in my future.
