had a cheat meal 1/2 chicken coleslaw and wedges chips at Nandos 2 big tex chocolates, supper chicken curry and rice
224.4 lb Lost so far: 30.6 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.8 lb a week
