Diet and exercising took a beating this weekend so I'm not recording what I ate or weighing in. I usually work out at the gym Friday-Monday but my Great-Grandmother died Friday morning and I spent the whole weekend eating my feelings and being anti-social. I know that I shouldn't of done that but between being upset about her passing (we knew it was coming but it was still hard) and realizing how petty some of the people involved are I was just was way to emotional to care. I'm going to try to get back on schedule this week and hopefully make it to the gym this weekend as planned. Her funeral is next week so I will have a "cheat day" when we go out to eat after but otherwise I want to try to stay on coarse. My Great-Grandmother will be missed but overall I am happy knowing that she is in a better place and finally with her husband who she had been missing for many years.
