Wonderful little drops - reminding me I have not drank enough water. :) But most certainly there is a .2 in there of good loss! I'm on Day 11 of the 12 days of Christmas at orange theory. Its been a good goal and finishing this off will be satisfying - I have a thing where I like to blow up my life with bad choices right before I finish them... But today I run like hell towards the end.
