When I started to get serious again a few months ago I remember telling myself that when I hit a certain weight that I'm gonna have an all out cheat meal. I'd hit that weight and put it off for another target. I'd hit that one and then put it off for another target. At this point I don't have a huge desire to even have an all out glutton driven cheat meal.

I have done an amazing job portioning and moderating some junk (chips, fries, burgers, pizza) foods here and there, but nothing compared to how I used to eat. I haven't had a cookie, snack cake, or half a bag of potato chips since the late summer haha

Maybe when I hit this upcoming target I'll feel different about it. Probably not though ;)

I've been rewarding myself for intermediate goals...so far I have a new hammock..a new Stetson...a membership to Ancestry.com...my next one is a new backpack...more fun than food..and I'm feeling good enough to use the items now..
