ok day 1 of cabbage soup diet! Made my soup yesterday and it is yummy! had some fruit this morning and soup now for lunch, very satisfying.
Other things in my life are a bit rough, but I have to keep things in perspective. I almost gave up (on other things) but I have to hang tough for ME. And realize somethings are just temporary, granted it will be 'temporary' for a long time, but at least not as long as it has been, each day gets me closer and even though each day has it sets of frustrations and not sure good times I still will try to keep my head above water and survive.

be very careful on the fruit it is PURE SUGAR TO THE BODY.. soon as it crosses you lips....I can not eat hardly any and I been at this for years... it stops my process in a flash.. just be aware.. fruit is SUGAR...
