So, I have been at this a few days now, been pretty good apart from a piece of fudge here and there. I have lost 5lbs since saturday, its not wednesday. But I took my measurements today, and they haven't changed. What a sorry state of affairs. I have until July to get myself down to 7 and a half stone, I know it doesn't seem healthy but I have to. It make myself feel ill when I look in a mirror, I took some pictures today. So that I can compare as the weeks go on, but I'm not sure I can wait that long. This is all consuming in my thoughts, I can speak of nothing else either. But I need a flat stomach, I am 19 but look about 7 months pregnant. HELP

You need a combination of healthy diet and exercise. Focus on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Lean protein and high fiber help us lose fat the best and stay satiated longer. Exercise will help you lose inches much faster than diet alone. Combine strength/circuit training a few times a week and cardio a few times a week. Tons of workout dvds on amazon that you can do in your home with just some light weights and a mat. If you want something short that will kick your butt in to shape, try Jillian Miachels 30 day shred. You don't need to do it every day, but 3 or 4 times a week will really help you lose inches and shape up. Focus on losing fat and not just the scale. Citrus fruits are supposed to help with fat loss especially around the belly. Green tea supplements or drinking green tea is also supposed to help with weight loss. Nothing wrong with a piece of fudge here and there. It can help keep you on track. Good luck!
