Another member posted a website today that calculates a "zig-zag" RDI. It keeps your body guessing from day to day while still taking in the same amount of calories per week. It is designed to help you get through plateaus, but I am hoping that it will work the same for the stubborn last 5-10 lbs. I will start this ASAP!
