I did a spin class today! I'm going to do Baptiste Power yoga later! I've eaten super good today! I'm happy with what I've decided to do in my eating habits. My eating will never be perfect but deciding not to do what I did yesterday AGAIN...is always a good thing! Here's to staying positive!! :)

I tried spin once, I thought I was going to die LOL. That was rough on me. I shamefully returned to my elliptical after that haha. Great work though! You're doing fantastic. =)
