Woo Hoo! I worked hard for that 2.7 pounds. I am finding that the more weight I lose the better I feel and more motivated to do just a little bit more to lose weight.
197.3 lb Lost so far: 21.7 lb.    Still to go: 27.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
