I have not been recording my food, have not been measuring my portions, and I have not been sticking to my guidelines. I got over confident with maintaining and now I know I have a few extra pounds on from PMS. When I don't stick to my diet regimine the PMS affects me much worse. An instant 4 pounds of bloating, whereas the past few months when I am consistently eating veggies and fruits, it doesn't happen. I've been eating A LOT more meat because my husband bought a new smoker and he's been cooking so much! He is so excited and happy to be cooking and the meats ARE SO GOOD that I am eating more smoked bacon, pork, cheese, etc.

Lost so far: 5.2 lb.
Still to go: 14.8 lb.
Diet followed poorly.
