Time for a pat on the back. Doing very well on entering food and exercise.
Daily weigh in is the only way I get instant feedback on what a binge the previous day has done. Then at least I can be much more careful the next day.

Well, pat on the back coming your weigh. I used to do that: weigh in daily. No more of that for me. But congratulations on getting your food and exercise tracked. That's half the battle, Wayne.
