Well, the weekend is here. I weighed this morning and I'm down 2 pounds from Monday. Weekends are sooooo hard for me. It's like my brain quits working and I forget that I'm trying to lose weight. I really need to find something that keeps me motivated so I see results on Mondays. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Stay strong everyone. Monday is only three days away and I will do the best I can do!
