I took kind of a hit from eating a bit off plan over the weekend. We ate really healthy food, but probably way too much. I am hoping it will help my metabolism instead of hurt me in the long-run. I am back to the elliptical this week and doing 70 minutes per day. It feels good.

I don't have much energy, though. Coffee isn't doing anything for me these days so I am going to try to wean myself off of it for a while. Switching to Teecchino herbal coffee, gradually.
