Got hardly any sleep last night... add rainy dreary weather today and it equals me feeling SUPER TIRED!

Going to try to rally and get to the gym shortly, hopefully I'll find the energy to make it a good workout...hoping for that refreshed feeling afterward....we shall see.

Well, an hour of spin and half hour of weights was just what I needed. Still tired, but it's the good kind. Something lite for dinner and early to bed...good day.
