My goal this month is to actually track my food and exercise. November 8th, I have a major speaking event in front of 500 people and I want to look fab! Plus I'm insulin dependent diabetic and my blood sugars need to remain low and stable.
Blood sugar as of 7:45am 98. Blood sugar 2 hours after lunch 100.
