Doing awesome in April was a failure. I know that my alcohol consumption has sabotaged my dieting efforts and it makes me very sad that it is now May and I am still not under 200 pounds. So I am challenging myself to not have any alcohol for the entire month. 31 days, and I will be counting them down! Its gonna be difficult, but rewarding when I don't have to continue to re-lose the same 5 pounds over and over and over...again.
There are people who doubt me, and think I will fail. I will love to prove them wrong.

Good goal. You can do it girl! Not that hard to just have water. But then everyone starts to think you're pregnant. LOL

Very good goal--when I dropped the alcohol, the weight came off really easily at first--it is amazing how much a couple of glasses a wine a couple of times a week packs the pounds on. I will still have a glass of wine but now, only if it's in my caloric budget for the day. You don't have to say goodbye to alcohol forever. :-)

You CAN totally do this! I have tons of faith in you. =) I'm trying to do the same thing, but with stoopid candy. We CAN do this hun!
