A carbohydrate diet seems to work best for me. I only have bread or potatoes maybe once a month. about 1 cup potatoes or 2 slices of whole wheat bread. Actually quitting the quart of ice cream and mem's weekly help the best. Now I eat oatmeal or eggs for breakfast, salad and chicken for lunch and vege salad and chicken or fish for dinner. My treat is now sugarless chocolate pudding or sugarless cherry jello. Drinking water seems to keep me form getting hungary at all. I'm losing 2 pounds a week and go to Planet Fitness 5 nights for the treadmill(cardio). That's all for now.
