worried about Dana, what a stressful time!
107.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1845 kcal Fat: 63.83g | Prot: 64.14g | Carb: 276.29g.   Breakfast: Egg White, olive oil, cabbage, celery, garlic, kale, mushroom, onion, spinach, soy sauce, Dry Roasted Edamame, crab stick, Sweet and Sour Salad Dressing, Egg. Lunch: Raisins, Brown Sugar, dt md code red 4:30, red raspberry, sugar free syrup, cheese dip, chimichanga , old fashioned oatmeal quaker, guacamole, salsa, beans, chips, Chewing Gum (Sugarless). Dinner: extra cheese popcorn. Snacks/Other: fiber one, reese's cup, duncan hines cake marble, butterfinger egg, milk extra, non alcoholic beer, krackel mini, twix, Frosting - Vanilla & Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Creams, strawberry. more...
