worried about Dana, what a stressful time!
107.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1845 kcal Fat: 63.83g | Prot: 64.14g | Carb: 276.29g.   Breakfast: Egg, Dry Roasted Edamame, soy sauce, garlic, mushroom, cabbage, crab stick, Egg White, olive oil, celery, onion, kale, spinach, Sweet and Sour Salad Dressing. Lunch: red raspberry, Brown Sugar, sugar free syrup, old fashioned oatmeal quaker, Raisins, dt md code red 4:30, guacamole, salsa, cheese dip, chips, beans, chimichanga , Chewing Gum (Sugarless). Dinner: extra cheese popcorn. Snacks/Other: Frosting - Vanilla & Chocolate, duncan hines cake marble, non alcoholic beer, milk extra, fiber one, strawberry, Vanilla Ice Creams, butterfinger egg, twix, krackel mini, reese's cup. more...
