worried about Dana, what a stressful time!
107.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1845 kcal Fat: 63.83g | Prot: 64.14g | Carb: 276.29g.   Breakfast: crab stick, Dry Roasted Edamame, spinach, onion, mushroom, kale, garlic, celery, cabbage, olive oil, Egg White, soy sauce, Egg, Sweet and Sour Salad Dressing. Lunch: sugar free syrup, Brown Sugar, dt md code red 4:30, Raisins, red raspberry, cheese dip, chimichanga , guacamole, salsa, beans, chips, Chewing Gum (Sugarless), old fashioned oatmeal quaker. Dinner: extra cheese popcorn. Snacks/Other: milk extra, fiber one, reese's cup, twix, butterfinger egg, strawberry, krackel mini, Frosting - Vanilla & Chocolate, Vanilla Ice Creams, non alcoholic beer, duncan hines cake marble. more...
